How do I get a refund?
If you have any questions or difficulties with your provider’s website and you wish to request a refund, please contact your carrier directly. Their service numbers will be available on their website. If the Customer Service Representative cannot help you or claims that Motor City Pixel Works is responsible for billing issues, ask to speak to a manager.
